Shipping/pick-up/delivery Items shown here are what I have available for rent. Smaller items can be shipped if necessary for a fee and insurance, delivery or pick up can be arranged for larger items such as dragons and mascots . Delivery will have a fair fee to cover expenses and prefer to be within 6 hours from Columbus Ohio but arrangements can possibly be made outside of this for a fee to cover expenses and time.

Mother Nature Tree Sculpture can be rented for outdoor events such as Nature or female inspired events , lesbian weddings, Pagan events, Fairy Gatherings, etc.
It is lightweight , weather resistant, and you can put whatever you choose into the gallery area in the chest. Some ideas are flowers, notes to the couple instead of traditional guest book, fairy lights, business cards, photo. I can also design and provide an arrangement for your needs for an additional fee, as I have a design degree and am an experienced professional floral designer as well. Delivery and pickup within 200 mi can be arranged for a fee. BIG FISH dancing elephant rump puppets $425 to rent. Tech week plus show weekend.
Pick-up or delivery only from Columbus Ohio. Delivery only within 6 hours for a fee (contact for pricing based on location) Requires a van with seats down or closed truck.. Each are operated by 1 person. The larger middle one is more animated and operated worn by a person in back and the side two have hinged legs with rods. All rock side to side and have wagging tails. Made to hang under arched curtains by an eye bolt in center top but the video is from a show that mounted to a snare drum harness instead. |
Rental details: All rentals are charged by length of time needed.
Rental for puppets and mascots include a tutorial on puppeteering the piece and correct storage for the puppet while it is in your care. A $200 refundable damage deposit is added to all mascots and puppets to be refunded all or in part after it is returned and inspected. 50% of Rental Fees are required to reserve it for you , denying other inquiries, which makes it non-refundable to be fair.
The remaining 50% and $200 damage deposit are due 2 weeks prior to delivery/pickup. Please make arrangements with your accounting dept well in advance for this. Items will NOT be delivered or picked up without pre-payment in full for any reason and will forfeit your deposit.
On return, the item will be inspected for damages beyond normal use from improper use, storage, damaging alterations made like cutting things or hotglue, or accidents like tears, scratched eyes, missing pieces or foul smells like food or cigarette smoke. If there is no damage, a check for $200 refund will be written immediately. If there is minor damage, Gypsy Cat Studios representative will make an experienced decision on the extent and fees needed . If it is beyond a $200 dollar damage you will be charged accordingly. If lost or stolen, full new custom character replacement fee of $2000-$4000 depending on character) will be charged, so please make sure you have insurance in place in your theater/event space to cover theft/total damage.
