Powertex Sculpture Class- small figure, Urbana 8-24, Bronze and gold color.
This adult sculpture class will be held at Nivrocs Country Store located on the square in lovely Urbana Ohio. 15 Monument st.
We will be creating an approx 12 inch tall sculpture in bronze color, non toxic, Powertex textile hardener with gold highlights. Everything needed is in the kit but if you would like to bring any small embellishments to add like dried flowers or twigs or trims, just be sure they are porous, no plastic as Powertex and plastic are not friends.
11-3pm with a 45 minute break midway for lunch and dry time before finishing painting. There are several wonderful restaurants within a block on the downtown square.
Your kit of all supplies needed are included in the price.
Powertex does stick forever to fabric, including your clothes :) just fyi
Age- 16 and up please.
If class is cancelled due to low enrollment, it will be 3 days before and refunds will be given. Otherwise, no refunds but future class credit will be gladly given.

You can choose male female or skeleton head.
Skeleton ,Witches and Warlocks! But you can also just make a regular figure as well if you do not want themed. The entire kit of supplies is included in the cost of the class! Just show up and wear old clothes or an apron.
October 20th at Nivrocs. 12-4 pm. there will be a 40 minute break 2/3 through for dry time and you will have plenty of time to leave for coffee or snacks if you choose.
We will be using black powertex textile hardening medium with silver highlight (as in the picture) Or the first 5 to request clear can switch. You can choose the pre-made head and hands in male or female or a skeleton head only. A full kit of supplies needed is all included in the price. If you want a male head and hands instead, please contact me well in advance to switch it out in your kit. If you choose to bring a special trinket or something to add into your sculpture, like twigs, or a piece of jewelry or a crystal, just be sure it isnt plastic or silicone or it wont stick to it.
Wear old clothes, as powertex hardens permanently to textiles or anything porous.
